“I’m pregnant.”
That’s what my teammate’s sister-in-law tells me after our one-night stand.
I didn’t expect to see Hollis again, let alone end up raising a child with her.
We set some ground rules—we’ll raise the baby together, but that’s it.
No relationship, no future, and definitely no kissing.
But the more time we spend together, the harder it is to keep track of where the lines were once drawn.
I’m known for my one-timer on and off the ice, but this game with Hollis just got a lot more complicated…

“I want to make a one-time bad decision with you.”
Name an author that just hits it time and time again with every series she puts out? If you answered Teagan Hunter—then you would be oh so right! Teagan absolutely killed it with her next installment in the viral Carolina Comet’s series. I thought I loved Ryan and Rhodes from Blind Pass the most, but I think Lowell and Hollis have edged them out now!
One Timer, is exactly what the title suggests—it tells the story of a one night stand that goes…well longer than originally intended. Hollis and Lowell’s story was funny, brilliant, and down a joy to read. The chemistry between them as they navigated their blossoming relationship while also navigating the impending arrival of their child was something I couldn’t get enough of. I’m a sucker for a good accidental pregnancy trope and Teagan gave me everything that I wanted and so much more with this one.
Super cute, low angst, and a one sit binge read that had me leaving work early just so I could go back and reread scenes again because I didn’t want to leave these characters just yet. As always, we are given Hunter’s signature charm and sass throughout the story as well as some precious surprise cameos that had me squealing at my office chair. One timer is definitely a book you don’t want to miss this year, and I honestly can’t wait for the next installment!
If you haven’t yet started the series, STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND GO FORTH AND BE BLESSED! Honestly, you won’t regret it!
