Simply put, this book is just so much fun. Easy, simple, and entertaining; How to Date Your Dragon circles the small magical town of Mystic Bayou where magical beings and humans coexist peacefully. Its abnormal and apparently an utter phenomenon because Jillian is assigned the task to find out exactly how they are able to do this so that it can be duplicated in other towns. However, Bael –the town sheriff and overall hotty– doesn’t do well with outsiders snooping around; especially those he finds himself attracted to. During Jillian’s stay a string of murders take place throughout the town and somehow they are all linked to Jillian. With lives at stake and a report needing to be finished, both Jillian and Bael find themselves working together to not only save the town but also each other.
Yall this was the funnest ride. I read this book via audio, and I must say Amanda Ronconi and Jonathan Davis do a great job of bringing this story and the characters to life. I found myself snorting throughout the story and really getting invested to the characters and the bulk of the plot.
With hilarious nods to cinematic classics, and sassy shifters that will literally make you grin from their banter alone. Harper hits all the right spots with this. This book is definitely not a book to be taken seriously, but rather one to just have fun and go with the flow.

LOVE this book! Its such a blast to read. MY favorite books from this author. And loved the dragon things in this one especially his gold hoarde haha
