You know how I said earlier this week that Loathe Thy Neighbor was my favorite in the series? Yeah well Crave Thy Neighbor just topped it. This Single Mom romantic comedy had me reach for my fan and laughing uncontrollably as I binged this in one go.

Don’t fall for your roommate…especially when it’s only temporary.
Nolan Brooks is off limits.
Sure, he’s insanely attractive and funny and I might have almost gone home with him one night to relieve a little stress.
It was all just a momentary lapse in judgment…just like the kiss we shared.
He’s my temporary roommate while I wait for my new apartment to be ready. That’s it.
He’s doesn’t do relationships, and he doesn’t do attachments.
So what if I have a crush on him? We’ll only be there for two months.
Surely I can survive that long.

“We weren’t supposed to get involved, and I definitely wasn’t supposed to get attached to her. But every time I look at the date, a little more panic sets in. She’s leaving soon, and I don’t fucking want her to.“
Teagan never fails to make my week with her romcoms and honestly, Crave Thy Neighbor is no exception to this statement. Followers of the series finally get to see Maya and Nolan’s story play out in this fun and steamy romcom about a single mom looking to find love and a guy who has sworn off relationships after seeing the pain it can cause to someone.
I think I swooned no fewer than a thousand times while reading this gem. Nolan and Maya were probably my favorite couple so far in the series because they felt so genuine together. I became obsessed with them and watching their relationship grow–Maya is the single Mom that I aspire to be if I ever became a single mom. Determined, loyal, and loves fiercely–Maya will do anything for her kid, Sam (whom I loved so so much) even if it means moving in temporarily with the man she almost went to bed with.
Nolan had the same vibe and personality as most of Hunter’s heroes but sweet 9lb 8oz baby Jesus did I swoon HARD for this man. Nolan saw the worst part of what love can do when he was a kid and since then has vowed to never put himself in that position to get hurt. But love is a sneaky bitch and I adored watching love sneak up on Nolan the way it did. It was so pure, so genuine and comedic that I couldn’t help but grin as the story progressed.
With cameo’s from the rest of the crew from the previous books, Crave Thy Neighbor was the best book to start my month with. The romance and the chemistry were off the charts and the splash of comedy and wit sprinkled in brought out the best of this novel. If you are looking for a easy binge that toes the line between hilarious and steam–I highly recommend you pick up this one! I know I will be again!
