GOODBYE MARCH AND HELLO AVENGERS: ENDGAME!
Ya’ll really thought I was joking last month when I said this was really all I’ve been waiting for. No longer is April about Easter, or birthdays, or chocolate bunnies–no, April 2019 is about getting some ducking 🦆 answers. Like Aaron Burr (without the asshole tendencies) I wanted to be in the room where it happens–unfortunately stan lee and the other writers of the MCU films didn’t get that memo, so here I am with you all impatiently waiting like Sheldon on the Big Bang Theory.
I guess to tie us over until the end of April comes, I could let y’all know what I’m pumped to see in theatres while using my Oscar lady nomination Voice-Over voice…ahem.
The Best of Enemies (April 5)
Genre: Biography, Drama, History
Rated: PG 13
Directed: Robin Bissell
Starring: Sam Rockwell, Taraji P. Henson, Wes Bentley, Anne Heche
Civil rights activist Ann Atwater faces off against C.P. Ellis, Exalted Cyclops of the Ku Klux Klan, in 1971 Durham, North Carolina over the issue of school integration.
Civil Rights films are my weak spots. I love the determination and grit the character portray within them, and Taraji P. Henson is one actress who gives her all in everything she does. I’m stoked to see how this story unfolds and the interaction between both Taraji and Sam’s characters!
After (April 12)
Genre: Romance, Drama
Rated: TBD
Directed: Jenny Gage
Starring: Selma Blair, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Peter Gallagher, Josephine Langford
A young woman falls for a guy with a dark secret and the two embark on a rocky relationship. Based on the novel by Anna Todd.
I’m trash for romance. This is based off a romance novel–I will read the book and watch the film and report back. Because I’m trash. You are welcome.

Avengers: Endgame (April 26)
Genre: Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Sci-Fi
Rated: TBD
Directed: Anthony Russo, Joe Russo
Starring: Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Scarlett Johansson, Bradley Cooper
After the devastating events of Avengers: Infinity War (2018), the universe is in ruins. With the help of remaining allies, the Avengers assemble once more in order to undo Thanos’ actions and restore order to the universe.
This movie is literally all I have cared about since last year when they dropped Infinity War. I even have a countdown to this on my phone. I just want to know my children are safe.
SAMANTHA DO NOT DENY CHOCOLATE BUNNIES FROM APRIL. *huffs off*
And that is my very vague comment of the post.
WE DONT NEED CHOCOLATE WE NEED ANSWERS
I am absolutely on the edge of my seat waiting for Endgame. The amount of conversations I’ve had with people about what we think might happen has been ridiculous. I have just got to know now!!
Same!! The anticipation is literally KILLING me. And the little easter eggs in the trailers are NOT helping!
I don’t really watch that many moves anymore. I read After series and even though the relationship was toxic in my opinion my trashy self still wants to see the movie 🤦♀️
I feel that so much 😂😂😂😂 we can be trash together!
I mean who doesn’t have Endgame on their list?!?! 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
