Dewey’s 24 Hour Read-a-Thon TBR

Is this impulsive?

Yes, yes it is.

Am I staying on brand?

Um–yes why yes I am.

So if you haven’t noticed by the title, I have decided albeit impulsively–to participate in this years Dewey’s 24 hour read-a-thon! If you don’t know what this read-a-thon is you can check out there website HERE for all the glorious information and to sign up. But essentially, it’s a readathon where readers all over the world dedicate 24 hours at the same time to reading and talking about what we are reading! There are mini-challenges that a slew of amazing people across different mediums and social medias will be hosting; and over all it is just one heck of a time where the TBR gets slain…or in my case attempts to get slain.

As I live close to the Louisiana border in Texas, this time around my start time is 7am this Saturday. If you are participating and don’t know when your start time for your city is, you can check out this page to find out!!

But without further ado, this is my tentative TBR for this Saturday! Will I get to them all? Probably not, but dang flapjacks I’m gonna try!

The Wicked Deep by Shea Ernshaw

The Wicked DeepThis was on my Blogoween TBR so I thought why not bang it out and have a spooky saturday during a readathon!

Fall by Kristin Callihan

Fall (VIP, #3)

I was so graciously given this ARC to review, and honestly I’m super excited to get into this as I am a fan of Callahan’s previous work! Plus I find readathon’s a HUGE push to tackling my ARC pile like you would not believe!

Stalking Jack the Ripper by Kerri Maniscalco

Stalking Jack the Ripper (Stalking Jack the Ripper, #1)

This has literally been sitting on my TBR since it’s release…and I have yet to get to it. BUT THE END HAS COME AND I WILL PROCLAIM VICTORY!!!

Can’t you tell I’m a little bit excited to decrease my TBR?

Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan

Crazy Rich Asians (Crazy Rich Asians, #1)

So this book is the book of the month for my book club Lit Lit (where we get lit…on lit. I can’t stop smiling at how clever I am!) we are to read 5 chapters a week and discuss so if I don’t finish this on Saturday it wont be the end of the world because I’m technically only suppose to have done the first five chapters. We shall dub this one the buffer book. A book I read if I finish all the others (that’s to say if I stick to this TBR. Laugh. Out. Loud).

And that’s it! That is my TBR for Dewey’s 24 Hour Readathon! It’s a small young one, but oh man does she promise a good time!

Are you participating? What do you plan to read if you are! Let me know Below!
