The Television Tag || Shows I’m trash for

Finally it is Friday and I am slowly becoming a human/non-zombie again! Just like previously I had something planned for today’s TV Friday but because I was in and out of consciousness this entire week and weekend I didn’t get a chance to get the post in a position where I would be comfortable sharing it with all of you. So what are we gonna do? We are gonna do a tag.

God save the Queen and God save the tag.

I found this tag on Kayley Hyde’s Channel on YouTube and thought it could easily be adapted to the Blogging world and as I am a self-proclaimed TV junkie, I thought it would be super fun to do! Now,  if it turns out that this tag has already been adapted to Blogs and I am just super late to the party–which lets be honest, is most of the time– then we are going to go on with life as if nothing happened and I just joined the band wagon of fun. yeah? Yeah.  Continue reading “The Television Tag || Shows I’m trash for”

222 Thoughts While Watching: Bird Box

Happy first Friday of 2019 Storytellers! Today is a super exciting day because not only is it Friday (hallelujah) but it also just so happens to be Fictionally Sam‘s 1 Year Blogoversary! I honestly am shocked that Its been an entire year since this whole oasis has begun. I have made so many amazing friends through this in the book community and have found so many equally amazing blogs along the way. This has become a second home to me and the people I have met along this journey have become like family–so from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you for the encouragement and the love and support! You guys are a 10/10 would recommend .

Now, with the mushy stuff aside let’s get down to today’s post! I went back and forth between what I wanted to post for my Blogoversary–do the typical thank you post, a tag, etc.– but then I thought “why don’t I bring back Movies and TV?” Continue reading “222 Thoughts While Watching: Bird Box”

December Wrap Up

HAPPY NEW YEARS STORYTELLERS! 2018 was a whirlwind personally and professionally, both in a positive and negative ways. I have grown a lot in these 365 days and I have learned a lot not only about myself but about the world around me. I have gained so many new friends during 2018 that it almost makes up for the shitty times the year doled out to me. But in the end, honestly, I am just so looking forward to what 2019 has in store for me and this little nook in the woods.

2018 aside, December was a coo-coo month for me! I wrapped up my fall theatre season as a Stage Manager, fought my way through the crowds (my social anxiety and claustrophobia was not happy with this) for Christmas presents and decorations, and read/watched/listened to some great pieces of fiction…as well as some duds.

So grab a snack, get comfy in your footie pajamas and let’s see what all I did in the month of December!  Continue reading “December Wrap Up”

The Netflix Book Tag

iswearimcool

Sorry I have been a little MIA lately, things got really weird and super shady at work these past couple of weeks and I had to learn a new lesson in this stage of adulting called resigning. Which for anyone who doesn’t know, is hella awkward and just about really uncomfortable when your boss is known to have a negative reactions to people leaving his company voluntarily. Yeah, it was just…yeah.

But enough about the weird things! I recently found this amazing tag over on pace, amore, libri, and I could just not have a go at it when it literally blends my two favorite things together–Netflix and books.

Shall we? Continue reading “The Netflix Book Tag”
